Causing intentional harassment, alarm or distress

Dear resident,

Police are currently investigating a Sec 4a POA Causing intentional harassment, alarm or distress along SHERWOODS RISE, HARPENDEN on 31/08/2025 AT 17:00 hours. A male on a motorbike drove on the footpath towards members of public and then made off in an unknown direction.
